Error when purchasing Plugins

Since yesterday, whenever I try to buy a resource, I get this error in the checkout:

It worked fine until yesterday, any idea what this means? Anyone else having this issue?

So I now have confirmation that this is due to an issue with Tebex and Switzerland.
There are dozens of reports from the last 32 hours about this. One way to avoid this is to use a VPN.
I hope Tebex adresses this soon.
