Howdy,

I'm Ethan and I'm currently offering my management and administrator services. I'm 14 years old and I've worked with many servers and owned servers in the past. I've been playing Minecraft for two years and I've been loving it ever since!

Moderation Experience
I have had a lot of experience in the past, I have owned servers and I have been a Helper on some. I can work any type of position and fill the requirements needed. These experiences have made me more confident in my ability to manage a community and be a part of one. I am thankful for all of the offers I have had in the past, they have made me a better version of myself. I am still looking to grow my skills and create more memories.

I've actually have been staff on servers that actually released (Example: RexRaids, ChaosOP, RKO, etc.) Sure, I was staff on servers that didn't release, but at least I got the opportunity to learn from those small servers. Without those servers, I wouldn't be making this thread. (I accept unpaid/paid positions too.)

Not to trash or anything, but I doubt you could handle staffing anything over your current experience of managing 10-15 players, not really something you should be paid for.

2 of the servers have closed, presumably due to never reaching a high count, one is upcoming and most upcoming networks are unlikely to ever release. One of them only reached 5-6 players, which is a very unimpressive number that won't be swaying anyone.

3/4ths of your leadership and admin experiences were never released, and the other one again never broke impressive player numbers.

Your one sr mod position seems impressive when you look at the website users, but those don't really mean much. The player count talks for itself.

Again, the same thing with your mod experiences; 2 never released and very miniscule numbers on the one released. I won't even address the Helper experiences, besides the RKO Network which is decent.

All in all, your services don't seem that great, sorry.
I suggest you try your hand at bigger and better servers, with actual releases and players; then retry this.
You'll get a lot more attention with better experiences than this.

I've had to privilege to interview him and get the true side of who he is. Just because a person hasn't joined a large network, doesn't mean they don't have the skills and experience to try. Trying to even get accepted into large servers is already a challenge, and what his doing at the moment isn't bad at all, and is growing his skills and experience.

I'd say keep going, what you are doing is amazing, and you should continue.
Just because a server is small, doesn't mean you won't get good experience from it.
