Eula Compliance - Mojang forcing EULA

My side is that I am with the eula;however, you got to put yourself in the perspective of a server owner about the eula.

I'm sure in the early stages of Minecraft, Mojang never thought Minecraft would turn in to this large monetary platform that it is today. People are treating it more like a bank/job than an actual game, which is probably why they're enforcing the EULA. I mean, if a Minecraft server is your main source of income, you probably have a shitty life anyway.

How would that be a shitty life, making good money and having fun while not really doing much

I have no idea why people are going crazy about this. Mojang is doing the right thing. we all know that rich overpowered noobs who donated with protection 9999 diamond armours and sharpness 9999 diamond swords make the game less equal and fun...

Actually, I started playing Minecraft Multiplayer more frequently AFTER EULA. (before that, didn't play much) I just get annoyed when people do not obey EULA. If you play Mojang/Microsoft/whatever's game, you got to agree to their rules.
