Hello,

This shall be my very first sale on MCM and I'm fairly new round here so please inform me if I have done something incorrectly. Anyway, about the build, I'm looking to get into building and this is something that I've been working on for fun, the theme is oriental but with my own additions. This is an exclusive build so you and only you will have access to it if you decide to purchase it.

The build is 101x101 and the buyer shall receive a schematic file containing the build. Included in the spawn is a small shop area, crates area, lots of info boards and an enchanting/crafting/forging area. Please either PM me with offers or reply to this thread and I will do my best to get back to you ASAP as I have no set price in mind.

You exit by dropping down off the edge which is around the outside of the whole spawn, below is a screenshot of the edge drop-off

Proof of you owning the build, and only you?
Such as screenshots along the way of the build...

Yes this is fully exclusive and won't be distributed to anyone else, I am the only person with the build files I have a couple of screenshots during the building process, these can be found below.
