Exclusive ready to go faction server with or without pb

Like the title says it I am looking for a set up, ready to go faction server (preferred with an rpg type of building feel), the server should have exclusive buildings and be set up. I will also buy an already hosted server with a pb if someone offers one and I will like it. Please, only legit offers, had enough "fishy" messages already.
