Past Experiences: I have a lot of moderating and administrating experience on both small and large communities. I was accepted as staff to mute players when they were out of line and ban users when they where past the point of correcting their poor decisions. . But besides punishing, I was there to help others when they needed help, and solve problems that needed to be solved. Whenever there was a problem I solved it the right way, and on the right away. And the same goes for helping out users that had questions.
What rank you are aiming for: (Admin or Mod) I'm more of a management member, great socializer, and know how to manage members and staff.
Why should you be staff: That's a tricky question. But Overall, I think I have the urge to be a staff member is because I want to be more connected to the community. Don't get me wrong, I want to clear the community of all the hackers and hooligans that make the chat disgusting, but being more attached to the player base sounds magnificent. Although that may or may not sound bad, I'm wanting to be staff for every aspect of it. Being responsible to rid all the hackers and mute all of the toxic players ( or whatever they did) sounds like something I've been missing ever since leaving my last staff position on another server.
What makes you different to another applicant: I am very mature and I can handle situations the right way. I know how to stop arguments and fights with both people being friends after it is all over. I am usually always recording so if anything happens, I'll catch it on camera.

Why should you be staff: Hello how are you? im fantastic.. and you are?
I want to be Helper because i think it will be a great fun. I can control others and be truthful and honest to myself and my fellow peers. I have experience with working as a team and being kind to one another. Although I am of 14 years of age I would think of myself as very mature. I should be Helper because I believe I am capable of the job. This server needs more staff that can come on often, I feel that This server will have fantastic staff that are always busy and need a break time to time. I would help fill in here and there.
As my job as Helper I would be able to put my time into the server. My actions on this server would not only affect me but my fellow peers, if I were to lie to I wouldn't feel up to my job and guilty as a counted on person. I would not abuse or let my friends slide by. As a staff member I think it's very important to own up to your job and be honest. If I were to see one of my friend use a Disrepect or Hacking filter, I would own up to my duty and take to appropriate cautions to punish or warn the following. By working my way to the top I can grow up with the server a meet new people. I love helping out and working with other staff members. I have not shown disrespect to other staff or players and if I do so I would understand my punishment. Before acting towards another player's action would alert my other peers and check my rule book to make sure i am doing the right thing. pure pressure mistakes,
For my time on this server I would be able to Moderate more in the summer and be on less in the school year. I’m just starting my big journey to success and maybe this could teach me a few things. I’ve always look up to staff and my elders. I would never, as i said before disrespect them. Another reason why I want to be staff and should be staff is because this server is in need of staff, the current staff are wonderful and I think that adding new staff is great way to help grow and monitor the server. On CynicalPvP, I became moderator, although immediately the next day the server went down. On CynicalPvP, there were 3 servers, in that server itself, but being staff on one server doesn't mean you get it on another. So on that server, I became Helper, then as stated, the server went down. I am looking forward to creating my own server, which will be HCF soon. I was Administrator on WolfieCraft, but due to the inconvenience of my all the servers on my server
list getting remove every so often, I lost the ip to it.

Why should you be staff: I think I should be staff because of many reasons. I can catch hackers or ask to ScreenShare if a player's movements are very fishy. I can also simply just patch or ask people what bugs or glitches they have found. (if they have of course!) I will respect all players and staff no matter what is happening, I will say it kindly. If I find a staff member abusing, I will record the staff member, so that if I get banned, I have proof to show the Owner. If it a lower ranked staff member, I will record the staff member, and with proof, ban the staff member. If two people are arguing and it gets very toxic, I will ask both people what is happening and listen to both perspectives, in case one makes sense and one doesn't. I will mute both of them in one case, or mute one of them in another.
What makes you different to another applicants: I think that I should be chosen over other applicants because that I am a respectful staff member, most people think you can be rude and get away with it, sure.. you can. But, for people to like you, you have to be respectful, also, people can screenshot your toxicity and report it via the forums. PrimeHcf: Most of you probably know this server as it is quite popular, Owners names are: RydanMC, guillable, and l0l. So basically this server was very fun to be staff on i would always be on helping people in tsAnd having fun with other staff members at times. this server was my second staff experience and most of the time peaked 200 or so [on sotws almost 1000], It also helped me learn alot listed from: commands, being more mature, and more. so thats basically PrimeHcf
Veltpvp: Owners names Are: Fml. It was a good experience [being my first staff experience] i liked this server and felt like i wanted to help it [because of map one with all the hackers] in the end it was a very good learning experience for me and i feel like its not to bad of a server despite what map 1 was. so thats basically what Veltpvp was for me.
Arsonpvp: Owners Are: CamV1 This server was a "ok" experience i didnt get much of anything out of it though because i was basically a chat mod, I did get chat mod experience but not much experience with commands and etc. But it is a good server and is growing as we speak. But i warn you if any of you play this server the owner can be immature at times but you cant be mature all the time right?
Ovid: My LONGEST and best experience as a staff member, i have reached moderator on ovid but a few days after the server was sold, the owners sexualhd and dedicatedserver were very good owners and were very nice to me when i was accepted as a trial-mod.
also since i am a experienced staff member, I know what to do in most situations and i am still learning every server i get staff on. Prime Velt and arson have helped me though out my staff experience and i want to bring that experience to Exodus and even add on to it. i also know many commands from my previous experiences the commands i know are listed from:
/Staff on/off [On velt it was /h]
/ss [player]
/sc toggles or lets you talk in staff chat [not sure if on this server]
/ban [Player] [Reason]
/mute [player] [reason]
/clearchat [sometimes /cc] clears chat

i want to be staff because i can bring new ideas, the ideas i can bring are: new builds for koths, new plugins, new server ranks, and more hcf based stuff. also im good at screensharing, building, moderating chat, always banning hackers with a reason [will never ban someone without proof unless higher up says so]. for screensharing, i can find most clients, i can show my screensharing skill if you download a client and make me find it, also i can tell if someone is using a plain hunzuni client to them using a ghost client. there are small little things you look for with the ghost clienters but you basically look at there range, head, and the chat [if they are not talking and just joined its most likely] for hunzuni users well its pretty easy. for moderating chat, [since i was basically a chat mod on arson] i know what to do. I will also help people as much as i can if they as for help in chat, if they spamming i will give warnings then mute, also if someone advertises im not sure i will have to ask you guys about that but i most likely mute them. i can also bring a mature and understanding staff member, I am Mature just because i am 14 doesnt mean anything. i can be calm in the most annoying situations and i dont lose my temper if someone screams or something like that. im also very understanding of players since i AM a hcf player and i know what can happen and i can relate to it and that makes me very understanding of the players. For building I can build some koths not that good at it but I can make things look good. I can also bring kindness and caring about the players I will never abuse and or be unfair to players and if I do get staff, I will try to be the most liked staff on the server. I can also bring players, as I have 100+ subs and if I get staff I will make a staff series and promote your server further. I can also bring basiclly 24/7 help to the server since I'm a no life (on weekands) so ya that should be a huge help. also i hate when im in suporrt rooms for more then 20 minutes and i know how the players feel when that happens so thats why i want to be the staff who will move them asap! i will also bring new ideas to the server for things like new gamemodes and a better pvp experience.

I don't give any other player an advantage whatsoever, and I treat everyone with the same respect [like i said above]. I'm a really active player, I can be online for hours and this would help exodus alot! I just wanna keep the server clean from all the hackers i see on this server and also x-rayers and people that just generally flood chat. I think what make me different from others is i have alot of experiences i have 4 hcf server experiences so far and i want to keep learning and helping people. this is why i want to be staff and why i think im different from others, thanks for reading also proof of me being staff is on my channel "Flaming Gamer Army" you will see all the veltpvp staff series and things there.

Past Experiences: i am very Experienced with being a staff member i have been staff on small and big servers. I have muted people that have been very disrespectful in chat or have done bad thing to make other people not be so happy and i have banned people that have hacked or duped or xrayed and i am very experienced with hacks beacuse i have tested them out and seen what they can do and i am not happy that people make them because it just makes that game not fun. Anyways i also like to help people like if they need help with how hcf works or any minigame on the server. Also i like to make people happy and not sad.
What rank are you aiming for: The rank i am aiming for is mod beacuse i am very experienced with the commands that the rank gives.
Why should you be staff: That is not a easy question to answer but what i have to say about it is that i should be staff because i work very hard on what i have to do and i like to do things that help people out or make people happy and i like to be connected to the community and ever since i have left being staff i have got very bored of minecraft and i wanted to change that so i can help people and still love the game minecraft.
What makes you differnt to another applicant: I am a very responsible and matrue person and i can make people happy when they are down I like to stop fights and make the people that dont like each other be friends i know most people just whatch people fight but i like to stop them and i am a very friendly person to talk to.
