Why should you be staff:
I can bring maturity to younger staff members and players also I probably have more experience than most staff members in knowledge of HCF. I like to be as professional as possible in chat to represent the server the best I can. I know how to find Ghost clients and I've had a lot of experience in being a staff on other servers. I can also teach other staff how to find where people hide their ghost clients because I have a ton of experience of finding ghost clients as I had to take on most of Exploit Squad on a past server, and also ETB on another. I also have a tool that searches through peoples .minecraft folder and such to check for any illegal modifications to the client, I would be willing to share this with other staff members. Another reason to chose me to be staff would be because I know most, if not, all *general* HCF commands, such as restoring faction dtr, giving peoples inventories back, and freezing players.

What makes you different to another applicant:
I am very mature and I am dedicated to not only helping in-game but doing work on both teamspeak and forums. On ViperMC (one of my past servers) I had the most posts on the forums before they were cleared, and I was active in support rooms helping out players. I know from past experience that most staff members will lay off doing support rooms but I don't do that. I don't leave people frozen, or alone in support rooms like some staff, and I don't leave servers due to low player count (not sure if this is an issue), proof of this is that ViperMC started with only 40 average players and I stayed until it reached around 1000 average players, helping out and contributing to improve the server. I also know how to deal with toxic players as I have done support rooms on Viper for 6 months straight, and there were many occasions where the players would yell, or complain when I couldn't do what they wanted because they didn't provide sufficient proof, or we don't revive due to it. To provide proof of my screenshare tool, I took a screenshot of my mediafire files. The tool is "Cheatsmasher V2" and "cheatsmasher" is the outdated version.

Yes i am i have been staff on 4 servers listed from: PrimeHcf, Veltpvp, ArsonPVP, and Ovidhcf

PrimeHcf: Most of you probably know this server as it is quite popular, Owners names are: RydanMC, guillable, and l0l. So basically this server was very fun to be staff on i would always be on helping people in tsAnd having fun with other staff members at times. this server was my second staff experience and most of the time peaked 200 or so [on sotws almost 1000], It also helped me learn alot listed from: commands, being more mature, and more. so thats basically PrimeHcf

Veltpvp: Owners names Are: Fml. It was a good experience [being my first staff experience] i liked this server and felt like i wanted to help it [because of map one with all the hackers] in the end it was a very good learning experience for me and i feel like its not to bad of a server despite what map 1 was. so thats basically what Veltpvp was for me.

Arsonpvp: Owners Are: CamV1 This server was a "ok" experience i didnt get much of anything out of it though because i was basically a chat mod, I did get chat mod experience but not much experience with commands and etc. But it is a good server and is growing as we speak. But i warn you if any of you play this server the owner can be immature at times but you cant be mature all the time right?

Ovid: My LONGEST and best experience as a staff member, i have reached moderator on ovid but a few days after the server was sold, the owners sexualhd and dedicatedserver were very good owners and were very nice to me when i was accepted as a trial-mod.

also since i am a experienced staff member, I know what to do in most situations and i am still learning every server i get staff on. Prime Velt and arson have helped me though out my staff experience and i want to bring that experience to Exodus and even add on to it. i also know many commands from my previous experiences the commands i know are listed from:

/Staff on/off [On velt it was /h]

/ss [player]

/sc toggles or lets you talk in staff chat [not sure if on this server]

/ban [Player] [Reason]

/mute [player] [reason]

/clearchat [sometimes /cc] clears chat

/warn [player] [reason]

I know more commands but this is just a example of what i know. I also Try To record ALL my bans just incase.

What rank you are aiming for: i am aiming for mod / head-admin or admin, or maybe even Manager [if thats staff manager but if its like coding java and stuff then no]

Why should you be staff:

i want to be staff because i can bring new ideas, the ideas i can bring are: new builds for koths, new plugins, new server ranks, and more hcf based stuff. also im good at screensharing, building, moderating chat, always banning hackers with a reason [will never ban someone without proof unless higher up says so]. for screensharing, i can find most clients, i can show my screensharing skill if you download a client and make me find it, also i can tell if someone is using a plain hunzuni client to them using a ghost client. there are small little things you look for with the ghost clienters but you basically look at there range, head, and the chat [if they are not talking and just joined its most likely] for hunzuni users well its pretty easy. for moderating chat, [since i was basically a chat mod on arson] i know what to do. I will also help people as much as i can if they as for help in chat, if they spamming i will give warnings then mute, also if someone advertises im not sure i will have to ask you guys about that but i most likely mute them. i can also bring a mature and understanding staff member, I am Mature just because i am 14 doesnt mean anything. i can be calm in the most annoying situations and i dont lose my temper if someone screams or something like that. im also very understanding of players since i AM a hcf player and i know what can happen and i can relate to it and that makes me very understanding of the players. For building I can build some koths not that good at it but I can make things look good. I can also bring kindness and caring about the players I will never abuse and or be unfair to players and if I do get staff, I will try to be the most liked staff on the server. I can also bring players, as I have 100+ subs and if I get staff I will make a staff series and promote your server further. I can also bring basiclly 24/7 help to the server since I'm a no life (on weekands) so ya that should be a huge help. also i hate when im in suporrt rooms for more then 20 minutes and i know how the players feel when that happens so thats why i want to be the staff who will move them asap! i will also bring new ideas to the server for things like new gamemodes and a better pvp experience.

i can also bring a fair staff member Why? Well, I believe I am fair because It doesn't matter if someone is my friend, I will punish that user accordingly because of it. Even if that person is a random user, or my best friend, I will do, and do what has to be done. I am as well very mature, and sure! I can be I guess a little 'immature' at the right times, but at the right times only, I will also be online more than any other staff member. I can play for about 4-6 hours but i can go even longer depending on my: mood, parents etc..., this would allow me to catch all of the hackers/cheaters that are ruin everyones experience on exodus! also I love to help in general. It's something I like to do, and it's been that way for a while. No matter what the situation, I'd always find a way to help out. even if i cant do much about whats happening say, i dont have /f dtr perms, i will ask in staff chat ingame or in slack [if you guys use that] to help the person who needs it. also I don't abuse my power in any way, and I never would. I don't give any other player an advantage whatsoever, and I treat everyone with the same respect [like i said above]. I'm a really active player, I can be online for hours and this would help exodus alot! I just wanna keep the server clean from all the hackers i see on this server and also x-rayers and people that just generally flood chat. My prime goal is to help those inneed and punish the ones that break Exodus's rules. this is what i can bring to exodus and i hope i can be staff on this server!

What makes you different to another applicant:

I think what make me different from others is i have alot of experiences i have 4 hcf server experiences so far and i want to keep learning and helping people. this is why i want to be staff and why i think im different from others, thanks for reading also proof of me being staff is on my channel "Flaming Gamer Army" you will see all the veltpvp staff series and things there.
