What makes you different to another applicant:
I have a lot more skill then other people, I am able to screenshare and find ghost clients and self destruct clients (any client), I am also very skilled at HCF and play it 24/7, I have been playing HCF for about a year now and know it like the back of my hand.

I know how to detect if someone is hacking, I also know how to handle problems in a calm and safe way making the situation not grow out of hand, learnt a lot of my communication skills when I was a chat-mod on a server called ZyrexMC.

What makes you different to another applicant:
I believe what makes me different from the other applicants is that i have what it takes to be a dedicated staff member. Work my way up and gain respect from others.

Why you should be chosen:
I think i should be chosen because i am active. I can play all day on weekends and on weekdays i am on from 5-11pm every day. I also am good at screen sharing for hacked clients. I love to be staff on servers all my time would be dedicated to being staff other than playing. I respond to every request i can i also tp to anyone who has reported hackers. I am active in teamspeak and always checking support rooms to see if anyone needs help. If someone needs help i will assist them to the best of my ability but if i am not able to help them ill contact an admin or move them to specific waiting room.

I resigned on both StigmaHCF and VelocityMC, on AlliumMC I got demoted because I was not having the server anymore, On StigmaHCF in the other hand it was really dropping, it was getting about 90 players daily at one point, then went down to 55, then 40, and stayed there for a bit, I had no interest at being staff-manager anymore at that time, and resigned late May. My latest job was FailythKindgom, I did resign though.

What makes you different to another applicant: What makes a difference is that I have good experience, from being Chat-Moderator, Helper, Moderator, Sr Moderator, Admin, Sr Admin ( Which was Staff Manager on StigmaHCF ). I would really fit into this team alot better than most of the other people here, because they usually don't have too much experience with almost every rank out there, Another thing is that my experience would probably be the best, and my screensharing is well, decent. I hope that I would get accepted so I can also make my long awaited "staff series". Being if I get Co-Owner, or the lowest staff rank, I would still try and do my best for the team, even if the server isn't doing the best at the moment that I'm staff. I would be dedicated and would never leave the team if I have no reason to. If I'm feeling a little off, I might leave the team, but will probably immediately re-apply or re get my rank.

Why you should be chosen: Well, I'll talk about my staff-managing first: I learned how to be a better staff-manager, being when to demote or promote a staff member or a normal player ingenual, I also found a new thing like plagiarism checkers and more that I used against people, if they had more than 50%, I would deny them, if they had less than 50%, I would still use that against them, if they have a good application, with a lot of detail, and let's say, 32% plagiarized, I will use that against them, and if I feel like this person deserves a trial-mod/helper position,I will accept their application and call them into a interview, and, if I feel like I can hear that the one that I accepted in some way was lying in their application, being the ranks they've been, or the servers they've been staff on, I will also use that and the plagiarized part and the part that the person lied about, if they lied about a thing that really stands out in applications, eg "experience", or "age". Then I will straight up deny them after the interview, or I may cut the interview short.
If I get a role as a staff-manager this is exactly what I would do, as a Platform-Admin though, I would mostly do the promotions and demotions and really keeping the server up and running, I would also try and help with a little buycraft, but I'm not too experienced in that.


Being a manager/All round Staff Member: Well, I'm very skilled in the Managing department, managing staff members, catching hackers, testing plugins and cleaning the chat is all my skills. And, I would say that i'm not too good at screensharing, that's why I usually always have someone that helps me SS. And, I use to be a go-to screensharer at one point. If the staff members didn't find anything and they were sure that they were cheating, they would call me in to screenshare and see if they missed anything. After taking a 6 month break from playing minecraft, and 8 month break at being a staff member (till late June), My screensharing skills are getting better and better by everytime I become a staff member.

What makes you different to another applicant:

I began my minecraft career 3 years ago. 2 years ago I stumbled upon my immense love for server administration / managing. I have devoted myself to this profession and became really good at my job. I eventually became a professional server administrator (platform administration, not so much as a systems administrator). I have decided to stop charging for my services seeing as I get so much enjoyment out of doing this that It seems that, this is sufficient payment. My hobby consists of administrating for servers and I have loved every second of doing it. I am constantly on the look out for new servers to apply for and be a part of and yours seems like the perfect place for me to fulfill my thirst for more.

Specifics;

Because of my immense experience as a staff member, filling a plethora of positions, ranging from a moderator to staff manager, I am extremely well qualified. I have worked long hours as
a staff member and am aware of the ins and outs of how to be a successful staff member. I speacialize in HCF / ArenaPvP / Practice or Combat - Focused Game types.


I am fully knowledgeable on most if not all of the current plugins used u this game type and know my way around a HCF server. I can sit here and explain the different commands on how to punish players, but this is simple and self explanatory. I know how to help players in a variety of situations, I know how to perform screenshares, roll back bases, fix server lag issues, monitor chat, return player inventories, revive players, and especially, resolve donation issues. This separates me from a majority of new staff members because I truly know what I am doing.

I have explained the majority of my qualifications for this position above, But I have some key features that really separate me from others.


I have worked at a summer camp for the past 7 summers, since I was 12, and worked with kids who's ages ranged from 3-16 (Your Playerbase). I am a psychology major and know how people react to certain news and can read people very well. These combined make me an exceptional candidate for this position because not only can I deal with players well, I know how to provide them with service and bad news without triggering emotion that is unbeneficial for the server. I can conduct myself as a trustworthy staff member and be someone that people can rely on to help them.

To continue, I attend college in New Jersey (In the US) and took serveral AP and honors courses throught all of High School. Because of this, I learned how to write properly, and convey my opinions in an educated manner, which I plan to utilize on your server. This has also developed my extremely, sometimes overbearing, professional dialect. I use a variety of words and know how to speak to players in a way they can understand yet respect. I can provide help as a respectable, strict, yet not cold or unbothered staff member.
