Greetings, I'm ConnerFilms. I have been an ardent Minecraft player for several years now and I've come to understand the numerous game modes/servers it has to offer. I have always been a talkative person and I love spending time with others. I am able to interact with the playerbase with ease and make them feel comfortable with the server. As a result, I hold the position of Community Management to great value.
Previous Work/Experience
I'm very lucky to have been given the chance to manage such a large variety of services. With this experience, I've realized that my favorite management would be working with a server and it's community.

What I Offer
As a Community Manager, the main things I’m able to help with are the following.
Social Media
My job will be to make announcements, hosting giveaways, and controlling the follower base on a variety of accounts.
Staff
I will be working with staff to ensure a mature and efficient team that the server can rely on. This includes tasks such as, reviewing staff applications, creating staff guidelines, and enforcing disciplinary actions on out of place staff.
Forums
I will help to keep the forums organized and clean in order to make sure the website is as professional as it can be. This includes tasks such as making announcements, helping with support requests, and creating formats.
Web Store
I can help with many different aspects of the donation store. This may range from creating new ranks, dealing with donation issues and setting sales.
In-Game Duties
Of course I’ll be doing the duties that is expected from all staff. This means I will be interacting with players, hosting events, making sure all players are conforming the server rules, and much more.
This is just a list of what I am most used to doing for a server. However if there are other duties you would like me to take, I am happy to discuss them with you!
Payment
Payment will be discussed individually with those who are interested. I do not have a set price as different servers will have different requests on what I would be doing as a Community Manager.
Notice: I will only be accepting offers from established servers with decent playerbases.
