Hello,

I currently have a tiny very custom towny server. I am looking for a server administrator/Co-owner. The server itself will be relaunching shortly, I have some final features being completed as well as a new website. Herebis my issue, I am a member of my countries military reserve and will be away for a couple of weeks with no personal Internet or access to mc. I need someone to staff and advertise for the server while I am gone. My plan for this person is as follows:

Initial rank:
Senior Moderator

After trust is built:
Administrator

When I fully trust you:
Owner

Since this is a lot of hours that I am asking for, I think it is fair that you actually make some money from this, I am willing to split any donations the server gets with you. 25% to you. I would expect you to be logged in to the server and responsive to players most of the day and begin working with our newer staff members as well. This is not easy money as you would have to help grow the player base as well.
