Exploring Interest | Turnkey Hosting Brand Package (Multicraft Theme + WHMCS Theme, Full Site & Branding)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking at potentially selling a complete turnkey hosting brand package,
This project was originally developed to operate alongside our existing infrastructure.
However, due to recent compliance changes in UK law, we've made the decision to discontinue the associated service.
As a result, this brand and its assets will become redundant unless the concept is completely reframed so rather than let it go to waste, we're considering it for sale to see if there’s any interest.

What would be include:

• Custom Multicraft dashboard theme (visual redesign with brand/logo integration - buyer must use their own valid Multicraft license)
• Heavily customized WHMCS theme (includes removal of domain features, custom homepage, and login page with a few custom hooks to polish off design – WHMCS license required)
• Fully built, unlaunched website (PHP, Bootstrap-based, would be ready for further deployment at sale)
• Full branding package (logo, design files, icons, original artwork)
• Two relevant domain names to Brand Name (not disclosed here)
• 1 year of post sale support (setup guidance, theme integration help, and general troubleshooting) [include some basic documentation for supported versions / themes / hooks]

Please note:
This is not a live hosting business and the buyer would need to set up and host their own server.
Software licenses (WHMCS, Multicraft) would not be included and must be obtained separately.

Before listing this for sale, I'm looking to gauge interest and get a sense of what kind of price range people would consider fair.
