The thing I'm wondering now is, Lyphiard has that OG name now, correct?
Is there any way that Sheep can arrange to get it back? As you've said, Lyphiard, your main reason for "stealing" it was to maintain your reputation, not to obtain the OG itself. So it would be logical if he could get it back somehow.

Lyphiard, I think you lose more reputation by the decisions you made than if you would've actually lost the OG in a snipe... Even if you're cleared of any accusations in this thread people will still read this and think about it... Drama is always bad for business.

His Paypal was literally limited, and it was his choice to use an account. You didn't have to get the snipe for yourself because of that to "prevent losing an og". Lets be fair for a second, Sheep1 scammed Skill in the first place. You could argue that Skill is a scammer and deserves it, but then again Sheep1 hacked a couple MCM members' accounts, and I'm pretty sure he scammed some people himself, so I don't think you could argue that point. Plus, Lyphiard beats Chearful most of the time in giftcode snipes (no offense to Chearful), and he probably didn't see a point in loosing a snipe

1) Unnecessarily, as he said before
2) To somebody who broke into a few MCM accounts, which is worse than scamming imo.

Probably going to get hate for this since I own the account, but I'm not really trying to back myself up here as I didn't even know this was happening. I've done many deals with Lyphiard in the past and it would be a shame if he was banned over something like this.

Don't really think he deserves it as I payed for it and he didn't. I am not fully aware of the story, but from what I've heard, what 34010 said is not the whole story.

Lyphiard scams his own client, saying that the sniper for 'Knife' was failed, and he has outright scam the person. I looked at MCSniper.co, credits are : $3.49 each. Obviously, if that person let's say ordered one credit, Lyphiard would've made way more profit taking the 1. Idiotic, but 2. Logical option.

Not only that, but Sheep1 is banned on MCM now, leaving him no reason not to scam, aside from his own personal morals

If we're going to get into the ethics, I'd argue that what Lyphiard did was more ethical because he made it so that the name is less likely to turn into a scam account for the second time, and if it does, he can change that as well.

Alright, I've read this entire thread now, and as I do everytime, get involved.
Let's do a summary, that always works :

1. Lyphiard scams his own client, saying that the sniper for 'Knife' was failed, and he has outright scam the person. I looked at MCSniper.co, credits are : $3.49 each. That is what I do not get about this :

Legally, he is allowed to say that, you know how soap companies say 'Kills 99.99% of germs'? Yes, it is exactly like that, either way, he is allowed to do this, whether or not the client was going to use this money he got from selling the OG to go and use on Chearful.ninja. (That's what I take, don't quote me on that) And, even if he was or he wasn't, it is logical for Lyphiard to do it, he is a businessman.
Then again, it is wrong to make a sniping company and then use it for your own good, you must look at both sides.
The other side :

1. Lyphiard has made a business, which is for sniping, now, he should not use this for his own good if he sees a really good OG and decides to use it, that is just plain 'scam'.
2. I read in the original post/thread, that 34010 said the client was going to make a scam report, what for? Lyphiard completely refunded him, so, there is no money loss there.

Honestly, that is the only 2 things I can think of, obviously there comes that debate of 'Lyphiard has a business which has a purpose of sniping, not stealing'. My counter-argument to that statement would be : 'Lyphiard can do whatever the fuck he wants'.

So, there you go, looking at both sides of the story.

You're missing out on one very important detail.

I went out of my way to offer the giftcode snipe to Sheep1 before the name dropped, but Sheep1 refused my offer by ignorning me. Now, after the snipe, he's complaining about it even though I clearly expressed to him that I will be giftcoding the name if he did not take me up on my offer.

Instead of negotiating (which I would have been happy to do), he decides to take his chances and ignore me. Now, this is simply the consequences he has to deal with.
