Faction issue "<>"

Hey.

So, I've decided to start up a faction server, everything is going well, but I can't seem to get the "<>" around the players names removed. When removing the faction plugin, it's gone, but when adding it again it comes back. I had it fixed a long time ago, but I don't remember what I did. I just want the faction that the player is in infront of his/hers name.

I'm able to pay, but I would of course appreciate if it was free

Im guessing, this is due to something in the facitions config files which has a preset <> around the players name.

Go the the mstore in your server files (Not in your plugins folder) And then go to factions_mconf, open instance with (for example notepad++) and it should be in there.

Go into the essential configuration and go under chat and it should be there.

I already fixed it in the essentials config. I think it is in the faction config. What do I do in the factions config?

Press ctrl+F and search for format, and just edit the format.

If you have multiverse-core, make sure to disable prefix-chat.
In faction's file, disable the chat system and use essentialschat, much easier to use for factions imo.
