I am currently interested in purchasing a pre-built factions spawn. The spawn must fit this criteria:
- red/orange color scheme
- 100x100
- ~$30
- crate area, sign board, exit into warzone

It's brown/orange themed. There is info board, crate area and few more things like pvp arena, portals, mob pit, shop, etc. Although it's bigger than 100x100...

Recently I have made a factions spawn, it might suit you very well, it also has some red sandstone in the facade in the details, could be increased if you want.
It has one main iland with the spawn on it, it is decorated, has a sign board, crates and everything. There are also some smaller ilands connected to the main iland with bridges.
It does fit your price range.

As previous claims from Vigilante suggests, this is worlddownloaded. I have worked with MineBlast before, and I can confirm that Spifo is re-selling builds. You vouching for a user like such is as worse as the act he's committing.
