I am looking for a high detailed faction spawn. I am in love with arches style builds
like these

Middle of spawn:
I want a high quality spawn including large houses like in provided in the first picture.
the houses would need big high tents covering the crate area as shown in the first link.
I love large enchanting areas with multiple tables for all levels, would want a spot for anvils too. I am looking for large custom pine trees to cover the top atmosphere. large paths instead of small cramped paths. large gray rocks, basically A LOT of the natural feel in the spawn.

South exit of spawn:
So with having the south exit spawn covered with a bigger building with towers

This would be the "newbie spawn" it would info boards, npc area, and a few decorated interior rooms like bedrooms, dinning rooms, a large kitchen.

I want high detail into this spawn. No set budget but it is not low so don't go light on the detail. a large area in the middle of spawn to access the 2 large houses for enchanting and crates. I would like this to be a drop down spawn with a nice outline of spawn.
