Today I bring you this exclusive spawn and also my first post on this website, I did scout here ahead of time so I do somewhat semblance of a plan. Without further ado these are my screenshots.

This spawn includes a drop off and a water landing as well as shop areas.
So now that was have some semblence of what this is, lets talk price.

Tbh, I could really see that being a solid spawn for a factions-type server. Great price for this build.

A lot of people do this, including myself. Mostly it just means that the person reselling has to alert the person who made it.
