So im looking for help with a project, i need help to keep things running fast so we can get this going, a small jist of my idea is this:

Factions, No diamond armor or iron, leather only and a bow, god leather sets, that can be upgraded for a currency you get from afking, money will be strictly from farming, this avoids the current "afk and win" meta, less op cannoning, strictly sticking to 1 shot per 10 seconds with the only defence being cobblestone, custom enchants.

this probably doesnt make sense as a i ramble alot, but heres it simplified
-pvp is archer only with custom enchants (no swords!)
-farming is the only way to make money
-cannoning will be slower, to make it more fair and challenging
-only cobble walls, gen buckets for these will cost alot

im not looking for a dev to just pay and part ways with, i want a long term person i can work by, this is possible alone, but i think to have this stable and as unique as possible, this requires 2 or more.

questions below, i currently have a server open for us to work on, i will pay for this and i have quite afew premium plugins and will buy any that we require.
