This plugin is a lot cleaner in my opinion and doesn't require RandomPackage or any other unnecessary dependencies. You can configure all messages with my plugin and even rename the "Outpost" to something else that you might find to sound cooler like "Hardpoint". My plugin is simple, extremely lightweight, and uses as little resources as possible.
