Factions Setup Help!

HELLO MC-MARKET!
I am here today in request of someone to help me put the icing on the cake to my factions server.
Whats up guys! My name is "OathGamingTV" and I am new to MC-Market! Today I am in search of someone who can help me finish setting up my faction server. Me and my staff are new at the whole "making a server" and trust me I know we are late too the game...

I need someone out there that is willing to spend some time with us helping us squash some bugs and create new ones

You guys are probably like "wow this dude is stupid" but some of these problems have been giving me and my team a couple headaches. This is not ALL of our issues but just the main ones.

We are preparing to launch the server soon to a decent size audience because of streamers/youtubers we have hired ect. We want to make minecraft factions "fun" again and we need someone who is experienced unlike ourselves.
