it is not a hugely detailed spawn, I'm afraid to tell you. The absence of a floor does not help. I disagree with the $5, but I think the average client will not offer more than $15 for this (NOT saying it's not worth more, just saying that's what you can expect).
If you want to sell for higher prices consider putting more time into it and getting a more complete build.

As said above, the average client will not not buy this for more than 15 USD, its a repetitive design and has no Interior design. They aren't really "sales trashing". Just informing you what the build is actual worth.
