It is really worth 5$. That would literally take me 20 minutes. All you had to do is make one quarter and rotate n paste it.

this is way too high. Worth $10 since it lacks a lot of detail.

How are they trashing? Saying its worth $5 is actually pretty generous. I'm pretty sure I could find a better build for $5. I think people only attribute a price that high because its called "factions spawn". If it was called "15x15 tower and a stonebrick wall" people would have been more accurate. I don't think anyone would charge $5 for a 15x15 build and that is the only part that is homogeneous as far as block usage. The tower does look nice though.
