Factions Spawn

Hi, I am looking for a custom faction spawn for my server. I would like it to be a 150x150 fantasy themed spawn with a custom warzone around it with 3 KoTH's. In the spawn I would like a sign shop that holds 150+ items, some enchantment areas and also a place for 4 crates. I don't have a set deadline or budget in mind so if this sounds like something you can do let me know. I also would like to be able to refund it if I do no like it, and I would like to see at least 3 examples of things you have built.
