What we're looking for:
Web Developer/Designer - Buycraft, Xenforo, Enjin & NamelessMC. We are looking for 2 people for Buycraft setups, up to 5 People for Xenforo, Enjin & NamelessMC.
Java Developers - Experienced Developers only! We are looking for as many of Java Developers as possible to join our team.
Configuration & Setups - We are looking for as many as possible people to sign up for this particular job since it's extremely popular, however you must be good at it and have at least one to showcase to me.
Builder - We're also looking for a builder who can create builds efficiently and elegant. Looking for 2-3 People who can do this.
Graphics - I am looking for up to 2 people who can do this due to it not being a very busy industry. More than 2 is available to

How will we negotiate & How much am I paid?
Ok, so first I will speak 1 to 1 with the client and depending on what he needs I will ask everyone in the Discord group if their up for it. If you're up for it you will receive bare minimum of 50% commission. Normally, I do give about 75% of it and I keep 25%. If I believe your work is outstanding and it's been worked on extremely well I will offer up to 90% commission.
