Fast developer for recoding a plugin

Hello, I'm searching for a developer who can edit a few things in the plugin askyblock. I will explain what I want to be done:
- Turning pvp on (So players can pvp now)
- Putting a customised island in it
- Let the players raid chests on other islands and opening doors
If you can do this it would be awesome. My budget is around the 10$, if it's to low you can say that to my on skype or here in the comments. I really need this to be done fast in like 1 - 2 hours so I can pay more because it's a very short deadline. if you can't do this in 1 - 2 hours it's not a very big problem but so you can add my on skype too.
