Feedback on server "Typor"

If he does not know how to reasonably run a volunteer staff team, then most likely he does not know how to reasonably run a server.

I ask for 24 hour checks to see if they care? I’m not angry at all I’m clarifying the factors of if the position differences, I personally don’t get all this hatred for no apparent reason when I reply to these things. I respect your responses but still, the server is close to release, 2 weeks away and I ask my team for a 24 hour check, once again she didn’t inform me of anything via her discord.

I can’t randomly assume what is wrong with their discord, I wasn’t being rude in my opinion but once again, I hadn’t known that she changed her settings, she didn’t inform us, she didn’t say anything about it until I demoted her, once again me thinking she blocked me due to my past experiences with staff members.

Yes, I understand I get backlash but nobody is reading my responses throughly in my opinion, I stated the difference and everyone is still taking it at the factor of nothing is different.

Also, the way I run things for now is I only pay managers above due to my system I run with, later on I may change that depending if I change my guidelines and how big the server gets.

However, ItzKraken you are expecting way too much for what, free work? Are you nuts? You haven't even released but you're going way harder than big servers would, with 24 hour activity checks? What even? You also wanted to know what people were dm'ing Cleora consistently and you're pissed at them for calling themselves a Jr Mod instead of Sr? A one letter difference, I'm sorry, but that's just petty. You also came across as rude, even though you didn't intend to, and you tried to place the blame on Cleora for an extreme lack of communication, which isn't the case. I don't know how you didn't expect backlash.

Correct me if I'm misunderstanding here, but how is Cleora at fault other than the public prolonging of this situation?

All in all though, I haven't played the server so I can't judge it. Can only make judgments on the people who run it.

This is pretty much on spot. Every 24 hours (or less) pretty much every day we are asked to check off an activity check box, no pings are added to this. Which is still way to much for a server not even up, and yet even if It is planning to come out in 2 weeks it's still a lot. Considering I've been in the discord for around a month, I maybe missed 6 to 10 activity checks BECAUSE it's every 24 freaking hours, no ping or tag is added to it, and not to mention it's not pinned so if people talk and talk alot, the message goes bye-bye.

Also, tbhdustin I really SHOULDN'T have to go to EVERY discord I'm in and announce "Oh btw because *insets excuses here* and shit, I changed my discord settings" because I do not have the time or patience to do that.

Also, the purpose of no tag is to see if you see the discord, also, nobody has access to talk in that channel? And if you work on a server the communication should be pretty simple in my opinion, like I said above I made my mistakes, but I would love at least a response or something to back it up.

I'd understand if you actually talked in the discord more than once but you literally talked once. Its hilarious.

Yes, I will admit we may have done this in a bad way, but once more as I clarified in the channel that you had not communicated with us in anyway, I and the other managers had no idea what you were up to, you never told us about the things you were getting dmed, you never told us why you were on private, I don't add all of my staff members, yes I should sometimes but at certain times I don't believe I need to. With me being disrespectful I don't believe I was in a way, I wasn't trying to come off as rude. You called your self a Jr. Mod when you were a Sr. showing that you don't even know what position you had, I get that you're angry but you're hiding the key details I responded with. And I can agree with you, I may have been somewhat disrespectful in some standpoints but I wasn't blatant rude at all, I tried my best to clarify things.
