Hey, I've been grinding out all day trying to get my paypal account fixed. I officially give up on their shit service. Paypal limited us with no explanation and would not let us appeal. I want to move into paygol for my server but have no clue if its good. If anyone has any clue please lmk. thanks.

Hey, if your account was limited, there is sure to be an email from PayPal about why it was limited. So you could refer to this email when contacting PayPal’s support on getting your account unlocked
Just attach a bank, withdraw it all, then make a new one

Hey, we've done that many times, they always reply with a pasted message and have banned us off live chat.
First and most important question is: Have you broken PayPal's TOS? (underage, F&F payments, conducting questionable business (many chargebacks) etc.). If yes, then it's nothing surprising and I believe PayPal can restrict their services to you without much explanation (other than "... for breaking TOS").
You can always msg them via Message Center or give a call and politely ask to take a look at your issue.
