Hey, I accidentally missed seeing the application link. All I can say is your extra comments like "...be professional..." are immature and un-professional as it is.

Be professional, add us.

I would say it's pretty common. Putting the application is in of itself a initial scope for testing, one how observant you are, and two if you have the resolve to do the work necessary for the job. A simple nudge suggesting you be a little more professional and how is just life advice, I would like to work with you, as long as you show you have what it takes, and in doing so, I set my expectations with you so there's no confusion.

Now callouts are childish and immature.

A ) You've got no room to tell me I need to be more professional.

B ) If you're talking so much about being professional getting snarky with people isn't going to get you anywhere.

I did miss the link but even if I did see it typically I wont go to forms, or discord servers to apply for jobs.

What I consider to be professional is some sort of [email protected] email or a website page like whatever.com/jobs.

Then go get a real job, what are you doing on mcm? few here afford hiring software/platforms or dedicated hiring managers.

You literally don't know anything about me. How would you know if I had a job or if I didn't?

The concept alone sounds boring, bland, and uninspired. Even if it isn't, you give so little detail on what this is exactly, I don't think writers would be interested, especially with such an extensively detailed application.[DOUBLEPOST=1580272917][/DOUBLEPOST]

I did some digging to find out more information about this, and it genuinely looks pretty awesome. That said, I apologize for the rudeness with my comment, but seriously, you should slap more details about the project on your recruitment posts. Some writers might be disinterested with the lack of detail here, let alone the long application. If I have more free time in the coming weeks, I'll certainly be applying, cheers!
