My school doesn't have tennis or wrestling. I play football, baseball, and run track.
I would workout twice a day. During football season I wouldn't do legs at all since I would barely be able to walk after doing legs and all the running we do at practice. Instead of doing one muscle group a day (ex. chest, shoulders, arms, back), I would do chest and triceps together and back and biceps so I would only have to workout 3 times a week.How do you find time to lift while playing baseball and track (assuming you lift during football practice)?
