Fix CrazyEnchantments Config issue

Hey,

I have some sort of issue with my CrazyEnchantment plugin which is not allowing any books to work. There aren't any errors but when I try applying an enchantment onto an item it'll say "This is not an enchantment". Willing to pay reasonably if anyone can fix this issue.
