This has been broken for the longest time.

Calling someone 'retarded' should not be a 5 point warning, that is how you know this system is broken.
Now that you've raised the time people have to serve suspensions for, it's just made the site terrible.

I propose: Lower the points for each warning, disrespect/hate/harassment should be like 3/4 not 5.
OR
Lower the suspension times again, it's unbearable, especially when the suspension system is broken too lmao.

This has nothing to do with the warning system being broken. it's about the interpretation of the mod. If you disagree with it, make an appeal in the support section.
Don't come whining about an individual occurrence in the suggestions section. Honestly, the amount of people ive seen making suggestions based just on a personal peeve or negative experience is enormous. Yours still has SOME merit (I've seen worse) at least, but still based solely on personal experience

Sorry but if you think THAT is a threat, then by the same logic calling someone retarded is harassment. Seriously, you just undermined your entire suggestion.
He threatened to do things with my IP, that's what I was referring to.

Can I suggest a solution?

Don't call people retarded.
Can I suggest you to leave the thread? :3
Legit the amount of people that call others retarded on a daily basis lmao, sort them all out of gtfo.

What's the point in making ticket? Let's be really honest here.

Mick gives 0 shits about us over his mode. Mick would such the skin off of his mods dicks then side with us. Because I've seen it before and I'm sure a lot of other members here have as well that is why everyone is irrated and just keeps quite cause nothing gets done.

What I think mick should do is do something like BeBos did. BeBos made a way so people did a survey asking how our experience on the site is and BeBos did everything he can to check every single survey and do anything he can to help improve the mods, the site, what he can do to change hi attitude.

The system is a joke.
I honestly don't care if you think making a ticket is useless. It at least allows OTHER mods to review if the decision of the mod that gave the warning is correct. Several of my warnings as a beginning mod were repealed that way. ESPECIALLY in this case, where the mod is relatively new, it would definitely work.
Even if it WAS useless, you could say you had done everything possible and that it was STILL ridiculous after that. Then it would go from an individual occurrence due to human interpretation to a systematic fault.

As for the survey, I guess make a suggestion. Though I think we both know it's gonna result in about half the site complaining about 'unfair' warnings that were nowhere near as questionable as this one, and in most cases were completely just.[DOUBLEPOST=1497820147][/DOUBLEPOST]also asa if you WERE threatened with IP-related actions, I 100% recommend making a support ticket. Since in this specific case its a chatmod, I think they cannot see support requests (if I remember correctly). If I'm wrong, PM Mick about it. It is at least something they should be aware of, and should he choose not to take action for whatever reason, you could make something public about it, though that is risky at best, since it wont get you any friends among the mods.
