[FIXED] Chunks corruped, more holes in the map everytime

I've had an crash error yesterday (http://www.mc-market.org/threads/216496/), and someone helped me on skype, he took the map and solved the crash error, now i'm able to join the server but there are holes appearing in the map everytime i log on as you can see in this image

We really don't know what to do, the server version is 1.7.10 paperspigot, it could be a hardrive problem, but the server has 480GB SSD and there are around 30GB used, please help me

I would suggest to ask for support on Spigot forums people there are generally more experienced in server stuff.

I don't like the spigot community, they will only say "just update your server version" "1.7 isn't supported" "we don't support for older versions!!1"

I've replaced the corrupted regions with newest ones, i uploaded the regions (.mca) near the spawn again that i has from a backup, then to recover the factions bases i've used CoreProtect
