Fixing plugin and making new one.

I need someone with experience who can work on my new plugins and fixing some of mine.
Please paste down in the comments proof, with a link for your mc-market post that you are a good developer or just show me what you have done in the past.
Have to be sure with who will work.
I have two ideas for new plugins but i have to find new developer, who will have more time for me, making the plugins.
