FIZZPLEX Network Looking for Staff! [Revamped App]

Hello MCM,


Let me introduce myself, my name is Thomas/Azorces and I am currently the Owner of Fizzplex. Today I am looking for experienced staff members for a FFA, Duels, and Factions server!

This is a new Server

Game types we have:

1. Free For All - Your average day FFA
2. Duels - Unranked and Ranked duels going from 1v1 to 5v5!
3. Factions - Currently Normal Factions with fully custom generated terrain!
4. (coming soon) Arcade Game modes!

So, if you are interested in becoming staff please head over to our website. you will be required to make a forums account and from there work on a heavily detailed application!

Some of the things we are looking for in your application:

• Around 800-1000 words (Including Questions)
• Looking for expertise in moderating on decently large server networks
• Looking for expertise in how to navigate through a XenForo based forums
• Having plenty of time and dedication towards our server!
• Looking for Friendly and cooperative staff members!
• Please Explain all of your pervious server moderation experience as well!

You won't be seeing many applications. I have had a lot of experience and I think it's not worth making a 1000 word essay. Especially when I just had a literacy test in canada ( huge test, over 30 thousand students do the test during the same time )

Well, I'll surely dedicate more time into a server than I do an application that will probably just be read once then accepted/denied. I could pack all the info that I would in 1,000 words into a way shorter/compact application that contains more than enough information about my services and I.

Well that's your opinion I'm looking for expirenced staff members and i think having a detailed application is important

It doesn't. No one would apply for staff on a Minecraft server if they had to write a thousand word essay unless it's for Mineplex or something. I sure as hell still wouldn't. Wouldn't do it in school, why would I do it in Minecraft lmao

First off, your grammar is horrendous, 1000 words isn't that long, and don't go around judging someone elses format, especially if you're already working for another server.

Ok so the reason why I have a 1000 ish word essay is because it filters out most of the people that don't have expirence as staff and hey if you want to talk about it come on my ts ts.fizzplex.net
