Flat 10k x 10k Factions Terrain

I am looking to buy a factions world either 10k x 10k or 15k x 15k. I am looking for terrain that looks good and fits well for factions. IT MUST BE CENTERED AT 0,0. I also need it to have a 250x250ish flat area in the middle for a spawn and warzone! Contact me on discord @ Skies#1334.
