exaggerated much. The only reason it's not worth $20 is because of the default trees, $5 should be no problem at all

Yes, really.

Tip, try to add some blocks by hand since you can see that you used a ball brush and even which size..
But should be a good spawn for a starting server! Would save the owners quite amount of time.

We did do a lot of work on by hand as well but it was more or less just a nice starter spawn thing. I realized as the other guy said it not being worth 20 but I figured 5ish per copy would be a decent price. If nothing more I will throw in build sections (sent on phone)
