I am looking for a youtuber that has over 1000 Subscribers, with a large view base per video (relative to size). This is to do a series, that is to be uploaded to the users channel.

Requirements:

• Must upload at least once a week.
• Must be active
• Must have Skype and Paypal (or a bank that accepts paypal payments)
• You will be paid over F & F to avoid any chargebacks.

$25 for a video with someone with 15,000 subscribers is quite low in my opinion.
