Hi, I'm a developer of the Wablio.com (thread here) server list. Currently, we created a new API for developers (currently only for Minecraft developers) which creating Minecraft plugins/mods/other software.

API for developers currently support
  • Real-time updating Minecraft versions (also snapshots) with packet versions
Do you use packet versions (or NMS) in your software? This can help you :).

If you want more about Wablio API, you can check it at https://www.wablio.com/api. There is the documentation for the REST API and also the requirements to connect to this API (it's FREE - you only need an API TOKEN).

Do you want more functions for the developer's API? Write there and I try my best to add it.

This doesn't even seem to be an api, just a public json file that you need a key to access
