I use to be the owner of a semi known team named Lavished build team, how ever my schedule got tight as well as all of the build team members. We all are/were teenagers and have little time to spare with jobs and specific things to do. How ever that is in the past and i will be working solo for now on, meaning the deadlines increase, and i no longer take huge builds without another team working with it as well, i will not take anything that takes a while.

Over the years i have played and had a passion for working with minecraft, (Making servers, building, staffing. I've done it all.). With all of this training in the minecraft specifics, i have grown my skill around this game entirely, i have the capability to manage things and build things with ease, and the best part is 1, the money and 2, the satisfaction of seeing something that i have created that also satisfies anothers eyes.

My goal is to do my very best as soon as the money comes through.... *Caugh sell out *Caugh

For the project to start, the payment must be seen through paypal.

The start of the project will take place
minutes after purchase.

If the you the customer are not satisfied, upon the my opinion on the build, we may give you a 10 - 50% cash back on the build (This is only if i feel as though you deserve the cash back).

There are NO refunds or charge-backs. Upon purchase you may not refund or charge back anything sent to the paypal provided.

If your product/project has not been fully build or been stated to be finished within the DEAD LINE time frame, you will be given a FULL refund. (Charge backs are not allowed.)

I've looked at your portfolio, and I think I could probably give it a shot at joining. My age is under 17 though. My portfolio pictures are not very good, as I do not have many clients, but the option of building in a server could work well with me, as I am more of a practical type of person.[DOUBLEPOST=1475631179][/DOUBLEPOST]
I think when he means low quality, he means a build that will take shorter time, therefore costing less, and will have less "details" but will be much cheaper for small server owners.

Hey everyone,

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this solo-builder and/or team. We originally purchased for a team to build our project, we paid a down-payment of 50% (thank god because we could have lost 100%), and we have not been provided with what we paid for. It's nothing to do with the quality of the product, I'm sure they're good builders, but it's the reliability. Do you want to be sending your money to someone who has not delivered their product to a buyer? I wouldn't either. We regret paying krisjd12 as we have had to deal with Paypal and request a chargeback. It has been about 4-5 month now, and at the end of this time duration we were going to have 50% of the map completed, however, due to the disband of their team, and kris being unable/not wanting to build then our project has suffered and we are majorly falling behind. A former member of his build team is now building for us, very frantically and amazingly, whilst the down payment is now lost down the road. The second payment will be going directly to this second builder.

I hope that some are able to learn from our mistakes, that when we paid this builder 50% of the agreed price (rather expensive) we would receive our product, yet it's clear that we haven't and can hardly do anything about it, but warn anyone viewing not to purchase from kris, as there is no guarantee that you are going to get your end of the deal.

Practices such as you describe are discouraged to the extreme on this site, and should you be able to prove this to the staff's satisfaction, he will be banned from the site if no agreement can be reached.
Short of that, it may put pressure on him to return any payments he may not have earned.

Erg, this is incorrect, this build was indeed a half half agreement, how ever i resigned on half of the build, not to mention i didnt get paid more than half, and 85% of the payment went to the builder who did most of the work in my former team, this post is old, and i no longer do teams though.
