I'm looking for a coder with a large amount of experience in plugin coding and it will be in '1.21.3'. It would also be ideal if you were a basketball fan and American. I am trying to perfectly replicate an old basketball plugin that I have many clips of. This is a large project I'm doing so I'm willing to pay a good amount for fast and quality work as well as being able to test it as we work together.
