Hello, today I'm here to offer you some free avatar effects! I'd really appreciate a vouch after I complete this for you

An example of which would be this

If you're interested, hit me up via PM, I can lots of different effects. So, I can do wobbles, RGB shifts, the glitch, one which looks like a bad, old TV, polarize, halftone, lineout. Just hit me up in PM and send me your icon or whatever you want doing, and I'll get right on it!

I can definitely. I actually own a company who specialises in graphic design. But I can do one for cheap if you needed.
