FREE extremely simple plugin development

Hi, I am mainly wishing to gain 2 things: some reputation, and experience.

As my profile says, I am currently a computer sci major, but have only a month experience of Spigot. Since I have been studying CompSci, I've picked up quickly. That being said I don't want to get folk's hopes and expectations high, so I am offering to make a super simple plugin, coded by your discretion.

For context of when I say simple, here is what I have successfully coded so far:

• Dream challenge... A listener that changes the spawn event of 5 mobs: all zombies now spawn with OP armor and weapons, all skeletons have speed boost and fall very slowly, all spiders have fast regen, all endermen have super speed, and all creepers spawned as charged.
• Mythical Weapons... Also an event and meta based plugin, so far has 2 custom items. Thor's hammer summons a lightning bolt wherever right clicked, sends a message on use, and also summons endermen so there is a cost. The other item is a Witherbow, inspired by SCB from Sethbling. It listens to when a projectile is shot and replaces the arrow with a wither skull.
• Admin troll commands... a bunch of admin commands to troll, like throw ninjabombs, turn a poor guy into FatKid from halo, essentials commands like /gmc /gms etc.

Obviously I am new to this so if I probably can't do it I'll be honest. Not sure whether this will blow up or not, but college starts up soon...
