Free plugin development for vouches.

I'd like to do free plugins for vouches, since my ban resetted everything.

This is the format you should use for plugins:

The plugin must be of a small size. Use common sense, if not, you'll be on my personal shit-list(you'll never be able to get a vouch copy from me)

I'd like high-repped or medium-repped players to do so.

I could also just use maybe some psuedo code. I know the basics of java and have all the files and resources to do this. Just not very clear with plugin coding!

Why would I make you a plugin? You don't profit me in any way, and are probably to be banned in a few days for ban-evading.

Simply put: I'll give a plugin to anyone I find worth my time.

Isn't there like a hundred of these plugins? If you want me to make this though I'm down, just don't see the point haha
