Simple question really, if I provide a service (such as signature slots) for free, monetised with adf.ly links, can people still file scam reports against me (even though no payments have been made)?

1. You are not allowed to use adfly links and the likes on this site. People seem to forget that...

2. As long as the other party does not lose anything or risks to lose anything, its not a scam
3. Even so, if you do things that would be a scam if you did them for money directly, you might gain a lot of negative reputation.
