Hey so you may or may not know me but I'm iTunesMoney .. I am an amateur web developer that will be willing to do a free simple website for someone, that will consist of HTML, CSS & JS. You can either have a one page or a multi page website I do not mind.

Not really.
It's just xenforo is a yearly payment.
If you bought xenforo monthly, it would be like $2 more.
