I'm sorry that it has come down to do this but I feel like I need to step in onto this thread. Skill's a pretty good acquaintance of mine, always teasing me for my sniper and all. He's always been a nice guy to me and I have absolutely no idea why half the community hates him. It is extremely unfair and unethical to be flaming someone that's banned when you guys know darn well that he'll be back again. It's also unpleasing how I'm about to spend the next 10 minutes on Christmas writing about something on a forums that meet know regulations what so ever. I don't understand what the motives are for this thread nor what the OP is trying to achieve but he chose the best darn day to do it; it demonstrates the entire nature of the community and shows who really has developed a passion over the internet. This entire thread is beyond toxic and demonstrates savagery to the core. Let's start by clearing up some issues here and there.
Statement 1: Skill made a payout to Mick to be Unbanned (Corruption?)
This is one of the most common and misleading facts that people spew out about him. This little statement was a literal Pick&Guess generated between two simple facts: Skill got unbanned early - Mick likes money. Throughout the past 3 months since this idea was generated, not a single staff had verified the situation, none-the-less a user themselves. Furthermore, evidence has also shown that his last two bans (that lasted a week each) were both for their full duration. If this theory is so called true, why has Mick not responded with an offer? Why was his account not released early? The bottom line is, one can generate any possible theory about why Skill was unbanned early. This community just chose to stick with the one that had the best reasonable chemistry and a good way to continue raging on. If you so called "second" this opinion, by all means, feel free to show some proof of such transactions taking place. This statement is exactly like saying how a Muslim walks out of a cafe and it explodes seconds later. People will automatically beat the living daylight out of the person without any evidence.
I realize that Mick may be sensitive with money but he has shown to me that he is able to make a wise decision under given circumstances. After all, who do you think is the reason that UltimatelyElite is gone? It is a offensive statement when telling someone that they live based on a price and I can solely defend that statement myself; I have not agreed to release my sniper to a single cooperation based over money (I've been offered $1000 USD before).
If any of you guys go under the idea that "Skill payed me to make this post"... I don't know. You must be pretty stupid if you do and I will feel terribly sorry for any conditions that you suffer. Let's post some proof before this does show up anyways:
You guys should also reconsider your definition of 'corrupt'. I've dealt with plenty of other forums where any signs of shaming the staff team were deleted with the user responsible banned instantly. This doesn't compare to a quarter of what I had to deal with before.
Statement 2: Skill rate boosted himself back to 5000 ratings
Once again, this is one of those statements that go on without any evidence. Ironically, I just so happen to have evidence on this one (against Joemotion at least).
On December 4th, 2015, Joemotion approached me wanting to buy the account Joust.
The screenshot above show me, today, on December 25th, 2015, at 8:09PM messaging and talking with both the so called 'Joe' as well as Skill at the same time. Is any person insane enough to have two Skype dialog sessions opened at the same time as well as type on both of them simultaneously? If these two are so called 'the same guy', why hasn't the account Joust appeared within Skill's OG Shop? I definitely sold it as a good name with a very low price.
What were Joe's intentions? Who knows. I'm not Joe. I cannot think for him and neither can you. Stop basing your stupid theories solely on assumptions as that is extremely irritating when they happen to be wrong. For all you need to know, he could've done it solely based on killing boredom. His account might have also been compromised and another member could've done it in his place. And there you have, two ideas that I generated off the top of my head in mere seconds that you guys can throw a debate about later.
The general fact that goes around this argument is between "Skill has a lot of money" as well as "Rate boosting takes a lot of work". I cannot condone how much 'work' is put into Rate Boosting but I can also assure you that you cannot testify it's difficulty either unless you've tried it yourself. The mere fact that I believe I am able to write a script in TO RATE BOOST SOMEONE in about 30 minutes suggests that it is in no way hard at all (I'm not going to, I'm not evil). In other news, just because people have a decent amount of payouts when they're 16 years old does not suggest that they do not know how to spend their money; I was an outstanding entrepreneur at that age, spending my money on upgrading computer software and such, but never imagined spending it on "rate boosting". I'm sorry to be harsh but that way I see people that support this argument makes me wonder if they're parroting the words of another or they truly believe that teenagers are unable to wisely maintain their balance and that their money is only to be spent on prostitutes.
Statement 3: Skill has already been banned multiple times before! Look at the amount alts that he has?
All the evidence about him and his alts posted on this thread dates to February this year at latest. Keep in mind that this was prior to the Ownership Transfer towards Mick. The members on this forum who were following at that time should also know darn well that Verringer had forgiven Skill based on his actions. At this point in time, people are just bringing up issues that had already been solved. And like all other points made on this thread, it is a senseless remark based on hate. It is generalizing around the statement with similar traits such that "Germany killed Jews during the Second World War. They will do it again sooner." Do you believe that people don't learn their lesson over time? And yet, another example that this community seems to support, "Verringer forgave Skill because he is a money whore and Skill paid him." Doesn't that sound awfully stupid at this point?

In the meantime, you should consider the things that Skill has done TO get banned. I can safely say that the amount of "Low Quality Posts" that he makes isn't even enough to amount to the amount of LQP that UltimatelyElite makes on these forums.
Why're people more sensitive about Skill? Because he's more widely know around the forums and people want him and his ratings gone? And let's be honest here, UltimatelyElite had action taken upon him after he decided post (you know what) in the chatbox. If he hadn't done that, I can guarantee you that his actions will still go unpunished. The amount of biased treatment given and pasted onto this thread is completely unfair and definitely should be reconsidered.
Statement 4: People who defend Skill have something to gain.
What do you think I have to gain from this? Fame? Pride? Or something more 'precious' such as a Name Snipe? As you all know, I have my own sniper and don't need another's handouts. The acknowledge the fact that he is able to beat me fair and square like the prideful person that I am. If you believe that I hold any such incentive against him, please, by all means, go ahead and share.
A better question that you should ask yourself is why you hate him so much. I've been scammed multiple times on multiple forums before. Regardless of the reason you provide me, I can second that with own personal experience. In the end, you'll come to the conclusion that hating someone for something that they did a long time ago is stupid, constraints unneeded efforts, as well as show that you aren't adaptive towards having a stable relationship. Honestly, just get on with it. I doubt anyone here is in kindergarten.
Did you guys also notice that I didn't quote anyone in particular? I'm not pointing fingers; I'm not a selfish rude brat. In the end, I'm just hoping that this thread can settle peacefully.

On the scamming and alting:
I believe that any other member of this site would be perm-banned for the things that Skill has done. Other members don't get second chances for this sort of shit, so why should he? Just look at how many alts he has on this website, and that's just the ones Monty dug up in less than 30 minutes. There's probably mountains more, and more that haven't yet been discovered. Other members would be permed for just *one* alt, and yet you're saying he should be excused after making more than a dozen? On what grounds?
He hasn't learned his lesson. The entire reason Monty & I are slamming him is because he just scammed/fucked over our friend Struggle, who PM'd us about it with his story. Struggle made a scam report and that'll be public soon. If not for that, we'd be keeping out of this whole argument.
Here Skill admits that he scammed while he was on his old account, xXBlazeMasterXx. He rejoined as Handicap with the intent of not scamming, but he continued scamming on xXBlazeMasterXx while using Handicap to make himself appear legitimate.
I'm sorry, but nobody deserves leniency on this website for being a scammer and alting. Every other member of this site would be banned for this shit, yourself included, and just because Skill is your friend does not excuse him from the rules. If somebody admits to scamming on MC-Market, they should be permanently banned from the website.
Staff and the community as a whole have turned a blind eye on this for far too long. Skill needs to go and I will not accept any other outcome.
We do not believe Skill rate-boosted himself, we believe he paid someone to rate-boost him because he has previously paid people to boost him and vouch on his threads/bump his threads. And all of the evidence stacks up for this, it isn't just a random guess or theory, it's an educated guess with a mountain of signs pointing to an obvious conclusion.
-Skill was upset about losing his 1000 ratings. There is evidence of this in his posts and on his profile.
-Skill has previously paid people to boost him.
-Skill randomly gained 1500 ratings in less than a week.
-Nobody would ever randomly go and boost someone 500+ ratings. Do you have any idea how long that would take?
-The user they choose to boost is the one who was just complaining about losing a thousand ratings. He was initially boosted a thousand ratings. This is too large of a coincidence and nobody would just do this on a whim.
But we do not believe that this is the primary factor of this debate. We believe that Skill should be banned for his past scamming and alting, which proof of is posted in the first page of the thread. *ANY OTHER* user would be perm-banned for a fraction of the shit Skill has done on this website, and yet he is not. That is the issue that is at hand and the rate-boosting and bribing shit only serve as a distraction from that. He should be banned and I truly believe that anyone that says otherwise is saying so only because they have something to gain from it.
