Because it is evident. I don't have any direct proof but anyone with half a brain can understand that if somebody randomly gets rate-boosted by 1000+ ratings, and they were just complaining about losing 1000+ ratings, they probably paid that person to boost them or boosted them themselves. The user the people are saying in the thread already sold it was his alt, xXBlazeCraftXx. Him saying he didn't know is blatantly a lie because he was pretending to be someone else (Handicap) and was trying to resell the build after already selling it on his other account.

Everyone on this site knows that xXBlazeCraftXx and Handicap (Skill's current account) are the same people, because he openly admitted it and begged for forgiveness and apologized for scamming.

But nobody deserves forgiveness for scamming because if one person can be forgived for it, then everyone on the site who scammed should be unbanned and given a second chance.

You should be opening a SCAM REPORT not creating a thread to directly flame him.
These thread are a literal standoff to MCM saying "Hey! I don't like the way you guys deal with scam reports! People can't give their opinion about the certain guy!". In the end, a person's opinion doesn't matter when addressing with something. Your statement about him being rude or not is a sidetrack to the conversation.
