I generally expect the best out of someone unless they've shown me to not do so otherwise.

I've dealt with members that get obsessively hated on the community just fine. MCPVP's administration team is a perfect example.
While I can see that people are offended by his rudeness, the point of this thread is about whether he is to be banned or not.
Being rude is not a valid excuse. There are plenty of members within the community that seem to suit your definition of rude.
Have you also considered that debating about a person whether they should be banned while they are banned is rude too.

lol you just glossed over everything nara said and everything in that thread I linked. Skill pretended to be two different people to resell his product. How can you defend that? If i were to sell a build on my account and went and made an alt to resell it, that would be scamming and I'd be banned, as would any other person on this site.

They removed his past names, for some unknown reason. Prior to being named Blaze he was named OGMaster, as many members of this site are aware. Prior to that, he was named Handicap.

My proof on the front page proves that his past name history was xXBlazeCraftXx, and it is that account that was banned from the site for scamming.

Yes for some reason Skill doesn't have any of his past names displayed. I'm on my phone so I can't easily find a thread where he's tagged, but if you dig around a bit and find someone who tags Handicap, you will see its Skill. Anyway, I'm at Disney World so I am going to step out of this discussion and go on rides. Believe whatever you want. Skill is a scammer, and that is a fact.

If the staff were to read through all of this, they would clearly find enough evidence to put away this case. However, I doubt the staff will read all of this and/or any of it... Everyone has good points here. However Nagi, just because you are friends with the user does not mean he didn't do anything wrong. Hitler had a ton of friends, does that mean he didn't do anything wrong? He even had a girlfriend during all the chaos... Of course you can say this is all biased towards users hating Skill, but you're biased in your decision to ignore all of his past...

On another note, Mick how is getting Savage_Sniper and Nightcrawler unbanned going? Did they donate the pennies I told them to?

Now since I know that Mick can take offense to this statement, I'd like to state that I am completely joking about that, but I do not think it is right to offer 1 user the right to pay for getting unbanned quickly... It's not right, so you need to fix this before the new year starts...

He has admitted to scamming and alting on his past account. The very fact that he has a past account should be grounds for a ban.

What part of this don't you understand? You are saying that the rules should not apply to your friend but you are not saying any reason to support why that should be the case. Why are other members who alted perm-banned with no second chances or opportunities to redeem themselves?

By your logic, we should unban every member of this site who has scammed or alted because if Skill deserves to be able to just make a new account and start over with no repercussions for his past actions then that should be an option for every single person who has been banned from this website.
