Idk about this hosting, I bought I dedicated server from them and started using it today.
1. None of my servers will start.
2. Takes 20 minutes to get from 1 section to another
Might be a problem because my servers only got setup last night but it's quite annoying.

If you are getting the failed to bind port error, it's a ghost process. Just send through live chat to kill the process on your server. That should fix it.

Is it site owned hardware?, an IP lookup shows OVH.

Our website is OVH to prevent people hitting our main website offline, was the best way to go.

As for servers we have 2 locations with colocation and 1 location rented [OVH] Our soon to come location is also colocation.
