US is now available as we added another 2 nodes. UK is currently out of stock still, we are waiting for the Milton Keynes DC to setup the new machines we sent them.

All our servers have ddos protection but depending on the location some will have higher protection than others Backups for dedicated servers is a feature we have just started to offer and it will be every 24 hours, We can speak more on support if needed

I dont really go through the machines looking at the servers stats just because I think it's a little rude unless they ask for help I will take a little look around and can let you know.

Do you guys have ddos protection in the minecraft servers?

All our locations have ddos protection. The amount is different for each location. If you would like to know anything else please use our billing area's ticket system as we do not watch these threads 24/7 you will get better support with tickets

The company is very good all around. However, there is one issue that can cause way more hassle than possible. How they handle dedicated IPs. If a person who is also using FrostbiteHosting change their server.properties to the dedicated IP that you are using. Than server IPs will clash and one server will be overridden.

What happened to me was someone entered my IP in their server.properties and their prison server overrode my Skyblock server and caused instead of my server popping up it would be theirs.

Luckily they were able to fix the problem however due to that issue. My server got rolled back and some of the chunks were broken so I have to fix it.

Thank you for the review. The issue with the dedicated IP was a quick resolve and normally does not happen however sadly it did but we have corrected this error and it should be good from here on out. I'm very sorry for the rollback causing a few chunks to break. If you open a support ticket I will add 48 hours extra onto the next invoice for the inconvenience.
