Do both. I plan to leave in September (my favourite host has large discounts then). They have an average rating of 7.2 out of 10, which from what I see isn't accurate any more.

It does; it shows their staff are extremely unorganised and can't keep track of days of the week, as they didn't restart servers until the 16th when they changed the date to make it look like they planned to do it when they did; and 10 minutes before the restart I was told on live chat that there wouldn't be a restart today.

It is back to normal, however normal for frostbite is still bad, such as support tickets being ignored.
By the looks of it, they also decided frozenPanel looks better without using style sheets:

I do, but am moving in a month (my old host has a large recurring discount usually in September).
As for frostbite, they still haven't fixed bugs their updates caused, despite being 'working on it' 1 and a half weeks ago.

My server seems to be running fine and the TPS is quite nice. However, the FrozenPanel is still glitchy with tons of bugs. The restart button doesn't even work. Support is still shit as always. Anti-vouch, don't use this company.
